I have a Rental Property, in Menlo Park , Ca,The Rental Property,(single Dwelling) has a Pool, which the Tenant took care of , but due his neglegt , I got A Pool Service Company, after I notified him , that he no longer,has the Pool to take care off, he changed the Lock on the Gate , not allowing access to the Pool Service , Gardener , PG&E, I went to the local Sherifs Office , and the told me, that he has the right to change the Lock, and there is nothing they can due about it .The Pool needs attention badly , and is a Health Hazard , if not taken care off right away . I demanded the old Lock back , several times , but to no result , Questin : Is there anything , I can do about it ?
It is written in the Lease Contract , that the Lock , can’t be changed . A 30 Day Notice has been issued . My biggest woory , is the Pool.

The question this person brought up made me think a bit. I’ve had encounters with racists on here and sometimes when I’m hanging with my friends and cousin on xbox live. On xbox live, if these people(racists) can identify your black voice, they will randomly throw an “insult”.
Ex. One time I was at my cousin’s house watching him play gears of war and he start talking into the mic. Out of nowhere, we both hear “ni66er. I’m going to blast you ni66er”. This racist person just start trying to kill my cousin’s character with the boom gun. THEY WERE ON THE SAME TEAM!” I know this may seem funny.
I’m curious to know if these people just itch to try to insult a black person because…..these black people are using internet and you know back in the day, racists did not like to see black people in their area, at their pools, etc. Do you think they claim the internet or any online services as their territory or something? Therefore, they get upset when a black person is in the presence and have the urge to throw an insult. They probably feel as if we should not be on the internet. If we are on the internet, it could prove that we are not the stereotypical black person and it contradicts their belief that all black people are dumb and don’t know how to manage things.

well basically on the first day of getting it pierced, about 2 hours later i went swimming ( in a chlorine pool ) hardly anyone was in the pool. i rang up the tattoo place and they said it was fine as long as i thoroughly cleaned it before and after, so i did. i washed it in water and put lots of saline solution on. its now the second day and on the top of the piercing it is quite red and a tiny bit swollen. Please help me! is my belly piercing infected?

We recently bought a 15′ (round) 42” (deep) intex easy set pool and we want to use salt water instead of chemicals to clean it. We read one of the papers that came with it talking about how to use salt water and it said that you have to buy a whole new salt water pool filter. Will simply putting salt in the pool ourselves somehow hurt the pool filter that came with it? Is that why they want you to buy a new one? Or is the new one just to hold some salt that way it can put it in the pool when turned on?
I know that some people consider physical activities to be exercise. Today I cleaned by house at a pretty quick pace for an an hour (if not more). According to healthstatus.com, at my (disgusting) 190lbs I burned 250 calories….I mean is this exercise. I hate working out for the sake of working out and fear of going insane and ending up in the hospital (again). It feels like taking time out of my schedule to do something I hate and fear. The reason I hate traditional exercise is because I feel self-conscious at gyms and swimming pools (cause I look gross) and I don’t play team sports (because I suck). I do activities that have a purpose, so I don’t become so crazy about it. Apart from house cleaning I walk to university and the book store which are both one mile from my house. I know that I could do some stretching and I need some core training for my own body-esteem. What else can I do?

so im 15 and i work as a lifeguard and im getting payed 7.25 and they give us 20 min “brakes” every hour but we have to clean the first 10 mins.. our brake is being at the table taking peoples pool passes and your not suppose to leave that area and its not really a brake.. i just need to know if i should sue for that or what should i do??
